Jessie Czebotar's "Affidavits" are Filled with Unsubstantiated Lies

Jessie Czebotar wants people to believe that her affidavits are legitimate because she signed in front of a notary public. Jessie is once again committing fraud in her claims.

Jessie Czebotar is a fraud and a liar.

Jessie Czebotar places a lot of false importance on her ‘affidavits’ that she claims to have sworn to under the penalty of perjury. It is also important to note that she does not divulge to her supporters that the lawsuit that she claims these are a part of was dismissed because Timothy Charles Holmseth’s complaint failed to state a legal claim and the judge wrote taht it was filled with nothing but unsubstantiated personal attacks.

There is a major flaw in Jessie’s paperwork that she is so proud of and holds out as part of a lawsuit and the lie that she is a federal witness. The documents are not “sworn and subscribed to under the penalty of perjury” as can be seen in plain sight on the affidavits. The notary acknowledgement does not contain this legal affirmation.

This notarized signature is nothing more than the notary verifying that the person who signed before her is legitimate and is the real Jessie Czebotar. This is verified through the presentation of a picture ID. This document is an acknowledgement that the person signing is the real person. Nothing more. It is NOT sworn to or affirmed under the penalty of perjury.

There are two types of notary acknowledgements. Had Jessie really sworn to and affirmed under the penalty of perjury, the notary would have performed a jurat.

What Is a Jurat? 

A jurat, sometimes known as a “verification upon oath or affirmation,” is when a signer confirms the truthfulness of the contents of a document. 

This is different from an acknowledgment because it does not mean that the signer agrees to a contract or the information within a document. Instead, a jurat is only used to verify the validity and accuracy of the information within a document. 

Jurats are used to ensure a document’s content is accurate and encourage the signer to stay honest and truthful. While a notary is not a judge or part of the judicial system, it is still considered a form of perjury. 

So there you have it. Jessie Marie Czebotar is nothing more than a con artist and a pathological liar with a very active imagination (when she uses it and isn’t plagiarizing the stories of real SRA survivors.)
