For months Holmseth has been trying to get Field McConnell’s attention. Holmseth once pretended to be McConnell’s friend because with every friendship Holmseth has, McConnell had something he wanted - his audience. Erickson wanted his home and tried hard to fleece him of his property. It wouldn’t be the first time Erickson committed fraud. She was sanctioned by the Minnesota board of real estate for fraudulent activities and when her former business partners sued her and won, rather than pay the court ordered judgment she filed for bankruptcy even going so far as to hide assets in her daughters’ names to hide it from the court.
